Christmas Day / Boxing Day (Support)

    Hello all,

    As part of the Christmas festivities, it is not a requirement that staff are to be active and working on Christmas Day and of course Boxing Day too.

    Please note that this could mean that things like payment issues, ban appeals, player reports, and other specifics which are manned by the staff team may be delayed in being resolved. This delay will only be by 48 hours, but will not be confirmed, as if staff feel that they want to come online during this time, of course they can!

    We understand that Christmas and the following days will be very busy for the network, and staffing could be low, therefore we encourage all of our members to report anything they have issues with on the forums, or to an Administrator's email which should be answered after Christmas Day (or if you're lucky on Christmas Day :) )
